I wrote the first post Thursday night.
I then applied for nursing jobs.
Since then:
-I've been asked to sell at an event this weekend.
-I sold out at the farmer's market by 10:30 on Saturday.
-I have found all the employees (friends and people I know!) to work FIVE farmer's markets on Saturdays this summer. We previously have just attended one.
-I took the Street Food van to the body shop to be painted.
-A farmer who is part of a co-op asked me to join.
-I met a woman who lives near me who lost everything in Katrina. She had a Cajun restaurant and the person who introduced me told me her food is wonderful. She's very much interested in working with me to add some Cajun food to the street food truck. We're to meet on Monday also.
-a man who wants to possibly be a working business partner dropped by the bakery to discuss many ideas. He thinks BIG and I'm still mulling over all of his ideas.
I feel like the universe hit me in the head with a very large hammer and said, "Pay Attention! Keep baking!"
So Monday, I'll meet with two people and then work on the Street Food menu, put the money we made Saturday in the bank and pay some bills!
